• 5 years to pay with 30% down payment

• Cash payment or 6 months to pay

OPTION #02: CONSTRUCTION AND SELLING OF CONDOTELS
8 to 12-Flr Condotel
11 units per floor:
• 50% of net proceeds (After ROI, agents’ commissions and government taxes)
• 5% “for life” of the nightly rentals of the units
• Investment by floor is allowed at ₱13.5M per floor
• Construction starts after HLURB documentation
OPTION #03: BUILDING AND SELLING OF CONDOTELS
This is good for those wanting to independently construct, sell or operate their own condotels within Catanauan Cove:
• Two areas of more than 5,500 sqm each are reserved for this option.
• One is “on top of the hill” with sea view (Block 18) and the other one is near the main resort and the beach also with sea view (Block 1 lots 13 & 14).
• The investors will purchase the lots at discounted price of P12,000 per sqm with 20% discount if paid in cash; 15% if paid in 6 months and 10% if in 12 months.
• They can build condotels thereon and sell it themselves or thru Catcove marketing arm.
• Catcove gets additional 15% commission if the investors use its permits and licenses or requires Catcove to administer construction and selling of condo-units or to operate the condotels.
OPTION #04: ADVANCED PURCHASE OF CONDO UNITS BY FLOOR
We allow advanced purchase of condo units by floor with details:
• Only 2nd to 5th floor are available for this option.
• Advanced purchased price of ₱22.5M per floor for 2nd & 3rd floors; ₱25M for the 4th & 5th floors.
• Construction starts after HLURB documentation.
OPTION #05: CONSTRUCTION / OPERATION OF CLUBHOUSE
A land of around 1,831 sqms reserved for the Clubhouse worth P26 Million is given for “free”. This requires an investment of P25 Million which amount is also returned to the investor as the money invested will be used to construct the clubhouse with pool. The investor may reside and operate all the businesses allowable therein. This is ideal for a foreign retiree. We allow group-investors for this option.
OPTION #06: CONVERTIBLE PRIVILEGE MEMBERSHIP (CPM)
• Requires membership fee of P150,000.00 only payable in 15 equal monthly payments with PDCs
• Membership fee is convertible as part of the purchase price of the lot subject to available slots
• Those paying in cash or in 6 months enjoy 10% and 5% discounts respectively.
• Privileges include 3 monthly “free-nights” for 4 persons and “free day-tour” for 10 persons twice a year, with 20% discounts in excess of 4 or 10 persons respectively and for other activities
• Privileges are enjoyed upon first monthly payment and extended to immediate family members with prior written consent by the member.
